Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 3/4 cup cassava flour
  • tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Glaze:
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry mix
  2. Add water and oil and separate roll into balls.
  3. Roll out and cup out with bottom of cup
  4. Heat up oil and honey
  5. Throw tortillas on pan
  6. Mix and Brush glaze over pockets
  7. Slice open wit paring knife and fill with meat if desired
