Cauli “oat” meal

Cauli “oat” meal


  • 1/2 bag of frozen Cauliflower (strained)
  • fruit of choice (1/2 or full banana works great but can use, apple, peaches, berries)
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon
  • Sprinkle Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Milk Alternative (We use Goat Milk )


  1. Cook Cauliflower (boil or microwave)
  2. Strain out water (I just squeeze the florets out)
  3. Add to processor and blend until smooth oatmeal texture
  4. Remove
  5. Add fruit (if banana I just smash it up and whip it in a side dish then add it, it creates nice chunks in the oatmeal)
  6. Add milk to cool and make creamy
  7. Add salt, stir
  8. Sprinkle with remaining
